Congratulations on your decision to join the Air Force ROTC at Detachment 905. This is your first step to earning a commission as a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Air Force (USAF) or the United States Space Force (USSF).

Our New Cadet Orientation is a mandatory event held for all incoming cadet before the start of each fall semester. During orientation, you will have the opportunity to meet Detachment 905 cadre and cadets, while accomplishing required paperwork to get you enrolled in the program. If you are unable to attend orientation, please send us an email at afrotc.det905@wsu.edu to let us know.

Review and print the New Cadet Orientation Checklist and bring it along with the required documents to New Cadet Orientation. Cadet who do not have the required information cannot be given any uniform items.

1. Create an account on WINGs (Do not complete the documents provided on WINGs. Complete the ones listed at the bottom of this page instead.)
2. RSVP for your New Cadet Orientation on 17 August below (exact time/location TBD). If you can’t make it, please let us know via email.
3. Print/Complete the New Cadet Orientation Checklist
4. Attend your assigned Orientation Day in August with your required documents.
