PRIVACY ACT STATEMENT
Purpose: To provide a confirmation email for the AFIT, NECP, AECP student's muster for DET 905.
Routine Uses: Information is used to provide confirmation of mustering to the individual who submitted the form as well as the Detachment Staff. Any data submitted by individuals will be maintained on the secure university server and remain confidential within the detachment cadre.
Disclosure: Disclosure of this information is voluntary. failure to complete this form will result in a "absent" muster and be reported as appropriate.
